How much information will fit in my brain at once?

These are all things I’m trying to learn/do/accomplish this winter:

Finish The Afflicted, my SF novel. (Mostly head-writing at the moment, rather than real writing, but it’s moving forward.)
Learn Spanish. (Using Rosetta Stone, going through 1 lesson a day. Also listening to at least two Coffee Break Spanish episodes a week.)
